Ms. Sunghwa Lee is a Korean patent attorney at LEE & MOCK IP with extensive experience in intellectual property law since becoming qualified in 2002. She specializes in intellectual property matters including trademarks, designs, and copyrights.

Ms. Lee provides comprehensive intellectual property services domestically to both large corporations and individual or small- and medium-sized enterprises, including trademark and design searches, filings, Office Action responses, information submissions, oppositions, trial proceedings, and legal advisory services related to trademarks, designs, and copyrights.

With a Bachelor of Laws degree and extensive practical experience, Ms. Lee possesses a strong understanding of legal principles and demonstrates particular strength in developing effective strategies for IP protection and dispute resolution.

In addition, she actively contributes to education and knowledge sharing by serving as a lecturer in trademark training programs organized by various institutions, including the Korea Patent Attorneys Association, the Korea Intellectual Property Strategy Agency, and Women’s Human Resources Development Centers.
