Ms. Sunmi Lee is a registered patent and trademark attorney specializing in trademark and design matters, and handles a comprehensive range of domestic and international IP services.
Her practice encompasses evaluating the registrability of trademarks, managing domestic and international trademark and design filings, and overseeing strategic IP portfolio management. Ms. Lee also boasts extensive experience in representing clients before the Intellectual Property Trial and Appeal Board (IPTAB), the IP High Court, and the Supreme Court of Korea, as well as handling domain name disputes and providing strategic counsel on licensing and enforcement.
In particular, Ms. Lee has managed extensive international trademark portfolios and led dispute resolution strategies for multinational corporations and major domestic enterprises.
As an active member of the international IP community, Ms. Lee serves on an INTA committee and as a member of the APAA Trademark Committee.
