After passing the Korean Higher Civil Service Examination, Mr. Wonsuck Yon served in various government ministries before joining the Korean Intellectual Property Office (KIPO, currently MOIP) in 1987.
During his distinguished career at KIPO, he served as Director of Administrative Management, Patent Examiner, Administrative Patent Judge, and Commissioner of the Patent Tribunal, where he was responsible for the examination and trial of trademark and industrial design cases.
Upon qualifying as a patent attorney, he joined the Korea Technology Exchange Center, L&K Patent & Law Firm, and MarkPro Co., Ltd.
