Mr. Joon-Hee Joo is a Korean Patent Attorney and Partner at LEE & MOCK IP, bringing over two decades of hands-on experience since passing the Korean Patent Attorney Examination in 2000.

Having begun his career at Koreana Patent & Law Firm, Mr. Joon-Hee Joo has built deep expertise across a broad range of mechanical and advanced technology fields, including semiconductor equipment, logistics equipment, robotics, automotive, shipbuilding, aerospace, wind turbines, and medical devices. He provides comprehensive intellectual property services to international clients, including patent prosecution, oppositions, trials before the Intellectual Property Trial and Appeal Board (IPTAB), Patent Court litigation, and freedom-to-operate (FTO) analysis.
Drawing on extensive experience handling Korean patent matters for foreign corporations and research institutions, Mr. Joo offers practical and strategic guidance to international clients seeking to establish and protect their patent rights in Korea. Since 2016, he has also served as a Technical Expert Advisor to the Korean Patent Court, contributing his technical knowledge to judicial proceedings.
