Ms. Hyeran Jang obtained her patent attorney license in 2014, and has handled a wide range of intellectual property-related tasks at LEE & MOCK IP since joining the firm in 2014. Specifically, Ms. Jang is responsible for patent and utility model application tasks, such as Korean and international filings, responses to Office Actions, and registration procedures as well as infringement analysis and patent search and analysis.

Ms. Jang performs intellectual property work across diverse technology fields, including electrical and electronics technologies, semiconductors, displays, artificial intelligence (AI), healthcare/medical devices, and home appliances. She has represented major corporations, including global semiconductor companies, as well as numerous small- and medium-sized enterprises. In particular, she possesses deep understanding and practical experience in advanced technology fields such as semiconductor design, image processing, and signal processing.

Ms. Jang has conducted patent work in various countries, including the United States, Europe, China, Japan, Taiwan, and India, and assists in securing a broad range of intellectual property rights. Through close collaboration with foreign associates, she supports her clients in obtaining and managing intellectual property rights globally.
