Ms. Jieun Yang began her career in intellectual property in 2006 and has since accumulated nearly two decades of hands-on experience in Korean trademark and design prosecution. She joined LEE & MOCK IP in 2017, where she continues to advise and support international clients on Korean trademark and design matters.

Her core responsibilities span the full lifecycle of trademark prosecution, from initial registrability analysis and trademark investigation to filing applications, responding to Office Actions, and submitting information briefs. She also manages design prosecution for international clients, handling both filings and Office Action responses. In opposition proceedings, Ms. Yang takes an assertive stance in defending her clients\' trademark rights, with a strong track record of successfully blocking conflicting third-party registrations.

Known for her thoroughness and responsiveness, Ms. Yang works closely with overseas counsel to ensure that clients\' intellectual property interests in Korea are protected at every stage of the process.
