Ms. Hye Yoon Lee passed the Korean Patent Attorney Examination in 2021 and joined LEE & MOCK IP in 2022. Her work involves patent and utility model prosecution, patent trials, freedom-to-operate (FTO) analysis, infringement analysis, and patent search and analysis.

Drawing on her background in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering, Ms. Lee’s practice focuses on intellectual property matters in the fields of chemistry, materials, batteries, displays, and biotechnology/pharmaceuticals. She has particular strengths in identifying the core technical aspects of inventions and securing effective patent protection based on her understanding of material compositions, process technologies, and functional materials.
