Mr. Yong-Ho Lee passed the Korean Patent Attorney Examination in 2007. He practices as a partner at LEE & MOCK IP, performing a wide range of duties including prosecution of patent and utility model applications, intellectual property adjudication and litigation, freedom-to-operate (FTO) and infringement analysis, and patent search and analysis.

Mr. Lee has provides diverse advisory services, primarily to major domestic corporations, and has successfully led the establishment of corporate IP portfolios and the defense of their rights. Furthermore, he offers comprehensive intellectual property services across various technology fields, ranging from patent specification drafting to dispute response and IP strategy formulation.
Mr. Lee also covers diverse technology sectors such as automobiles, ships, aviation, secondary batteries, displays, and industrial machinery, possessing extensive practical experience in patent applications, adjudication and litigation, infringement analysis, domestic and international Office Action (OA) responses, patent mapping, and IP strategy advisory. In particular, he holds extensive experience in the fields of OLED, Micro LEDs, next-generation Quantum Dot (QD) displays, flexible, foldable and stretchable displays, optical films, Display Driver ICs (DDI), and next-generation organic and inorganic materials for displays.
In addition, Mr. Lee provides strategic IP advisory services for detailed technology fields requiring a high degree of reliability, such as small and large satellite systems, space launch vehicle and propulsion technologies, avionics architecture, flight control and aviation safety systems, mission-specific drone platforms, autonomous and swarm flight technologies, Urban Air Mobility (UAM) and AAM airframe mechanisms, and mechanical technology related to marine gas, diesel, and eco-friendly hybrid propulsion systems.
