Mr. Hyunok Park is a partner at LEE & MOCK IP. He focuses his practice on the entire lifecycle of intellectual property (IP) assets, encompassing domestic and international patent and utility model prosecution, trials and litigation, IP valuation, infringement analysis, and strategic patent searches. With deep technical insight and sharp legal acumen, he secures robust protection for his clients\\\' innovations while maximizing their commercial value.

Notably, Mr. Park possesses extensive experience in IP valuation for both the private and public sectors. He has also served as a Principal Investigator for various government-backed IP-R&D projects, including those led by the Korea Intellectual Property Strategy Agency (KISTA). In this role, he has successfully guided domestic companies in establishing high-yield R&D strategies and building defensive patent portfolios to secure a competitive edge in the global market.
