Ms. Hyunmin Lee, a licensed patent attorney since 2009, is a partner attorney at LEE & MOCK IP specializing in intellectual property matters, including trademark and design searches, applications, appeals and litigation, and infringement responses. She also performs a wide range of duties in various fields, such as advising on unfair competition and copyright registration.
Prior to joining LEE & MOCK IP in 2018, Ms. Lee practiced for several years at Kim & Chang, Koreana Patent Firm, Cho & Partners and KBK & Associates, representing numerous domestic and international clients with regard to a wide range of trademark and design matters. She possesses extensive experience in domestic and international practice regarding trademark and design searches, applications and registrations, and dispute resolution.
Drawing on her diverse practical experience, she conducts in-depth analyses of the overall intellectual property of clients ranging from large corporations to individuals and SMEs, providing IP strategies tailored to their specific needs.
