After passing the Korean Patent Attorney Examination in 2017, Ms. Jee-eun Yeom began practicing at LEE & MOCK IP as a patent attorney in 2018, specializing in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical sectors. Her practice encompasses a broad range of intellectual property matters, including domestic and international patent prosecution, prior-art searches and patentability analyses, patent search and analysis, freedom-to-operate (FTO) and infringement analysis, patent trend surveys, and IP strategy consulting and counseling services. Building upon a robust track record of securing rights for innovative technologies through close collaboration with a diverse spectrum of clients—ranging from major domestic corporations and SMEs to promising biotech ventures and university technology transfer offices (TLOs)—she delivers specialized IP services across the biotech, pharmaceutical, and healthcare industries.
