Seung Whan Roh is an attorney at law and has advised domestic and international clients on intellectual property matters and related disputes.

Mr. Roh’s practice focuses on trademarks, designs, copyrights, and unfair competition matters, including global trademark portfolio management, trials and litigation, and brand protection matters involving trademark/design infringement and online counterfeit enforcement. He also advises on a broad range of transactional matters, including IP licensing, coexistence agreements, joint research and development agreements, and distribution agreements. In addition, he regularly advises multinational companies on regulatory and compliance issues relating to market entry and business operations in Korea, including advertising and labeling, e-commerce, and data protection matters.

He is currently a Foreign Attorney at LEE & MOCK IP, where he assists domestic and international clients in protecting intellectual property rights and developing business strategies.
