Mr. Joshua Jijoon Roh is a U.S.-licensed attorney who joined LEE & MOCK IP in 2006 following his admission to the U.S. bar. He has extensive experience in patent prosecution, international IP litigation, freedom-to-operate (FTO) and infringement analysis, and prior-art search and analysis. He has also advised clients on licensing agreements across a wide range of industries, and has developed particular expertise in the entertainment industry and patent valuation.
Notably, Mr. Roh has played a leading role in representing Korean small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in U.S. patent infringement litigation, helping resolve patent disputes before U.S. courts.
His technical practice spans consumer electronics, mobile devices, networks, semiconductors, home appliances, and industrial electrical equipment, with a comprehensive track record in patent prosecution, trials and litigation, infringement analysis, and IP litigation advisory.
Holding master\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s degrees in both electrical engineering and law, Mr. Roh combines technical expertise with legal insight. His deep understanding of electronic circuits and power conversion technologies provides a strong foundation for advising clients on effective IP protection and licensing in these technical fields.
