Ms. Jeonghye Lee qualified as a Korean patent attorney in 2014 and currently serves as a partner attorney at LEE & MOCK IP.
Ms. Lee’s practice focuses on inventions spanning the full spectrum of chemistry, including chemical compounds, compositions, and metals and materials. She provides comprehensive patent services covering domestic and international patent and utility model prosecution, Office Action responses, patent trials, validity analysis, and freedom-to-operate (FTO) analysis. Drawing on years of concentrated hands-on experience with compound inventions in particular, she demonstrates a distinct strength in developing integrated prosecution strategies that combine technical and legal perspectives.
Ms. Lee also possesses an in-depth technical understanding across a broad range of chemical disciplines, including organic and inorganic chemistry, polymers and functional materials, and petrochemical and process chemistry. Building on this foundation, she is actively engaged in translation of patent specifications and filing work for foreign applicants. By combining strong language proficiency with deep technical expertise, she faithfully renders the distinctive style and legal expressions of patent specifications, contributing to the effective protection of rights and the smooth pursuit of overseas patent rights for both domestic and international clients.
