Ms. Seona Lee has been working in the field of intellectual property since 1995, with a particular focus on assisting international corporate clients in obtaining and protecting trademark and design rights in Korea.
In the trademark field, she handles the full lifecycle of trademark matters, from trademark searches and registrability/availability assessments at the pre-filing stage, through prosecution and registration, Office Action (OA) responses and other intermediate proceedings, to opposition and trial proceedings.
In the design field, she likewise handles filing and OA response proceedings, supporting international clients in securing design rights in Korea.
